Please note that employment will be verified as well as current and past landlords, when possible. Be sure to sign the credit application, as your credit report cannot be pulled without your consent.

There is a $45 non refundable application fee that must be paid prior to being able to start the application process. Please note that when applicants are not spouses, the fee applies to each person.
